Dear colleagues,

Please let me remind you of some important dates:

• The hotel reservation deadline using ECM discount is July 10, 2015
• The abstracts submission deadline has been extended until July 15, 2015
• The standard registration fee deadline is August 31, 2015., however please note that this applies for participants without contribution, while for those with the contribution, payment has to be settled till July 15 in order for their abstract to be included in the Conference Program and Book of Abstracts

Please, provide your registration, payment and abstract before these deadlines. The abstracts will be included in the Conference Programme and Book of Abstracts only after your payment is settled and not later than the July 15, 2015.

Guidelines for abstracts can be found in the Abstract submission web page. Abstracts for posters and oral presentation are both welcome. One person can submit more than one abstract.

The acceptance letter will be sent to you by an e-mail no later than two weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Should you need an official Acceptance letter earlier, please contact us.
