The costs of your bank charges are not included in the conference fee, and must be at your own expense.
Please note that early registration rates (270 EUR for regular attendees, 190 EUR for students and 160 EUR for accompanying guests) are available until May 31, 2015.
For regular attendees and students registration includes tea/coffee breaks during morning and afternoon sessions, opening reception (Monday 21, 2015), mid-excursion with lunch and dinner included (Wednesday 23, 2015) and the Conference Banquet (Thursday 24, 2015), conference bag with congress material including book of abstracts.
Accompanying guests: If you have a guest that would like to attend the social events (opening reception, mid-conference tour and banquet) please add the accompanying guest full name in the box provided in the registration form.
One day fee includes accession to one-day sessions, coffee/tea breaks, conference bag, book of abstracts and conference proceedings. It is not applicable on Wednesday on the 23rd of September, and the conference dinner is not included in price.
To cancel the registration, please contact the organiser immediately. By July 1, 2015 a full refund will be given, less the costs of the bank. By August 31, 2015 a 50% refund will be given. After August 31, 2015 or for no –show at the conference no refund will be possible, unfortunately. In the case of cancellation, the abstracts will not be published in the proceedings.
